Hundreds of plastic flamingos meant to make a child's birthday special ended up being taken.
Someone made off with a little girl's birthday gift, just hours after the community had set up the surprise outside her home.
This was the Reese Phillips' first birthday without her father, Ryan Phillips, a former Tulsa firefighter that passed away a few weeks ago.
The pink flamingos were a surprise birthday gift meant to cheer her up but were taken just hours after they were put up.
